I started Answer Agent Pro because I wanted to help small businesses, plain and simple. I've spent my whole career working with businesses of all sizes, and one thing has always stuck with me: the businesses with the least time and resources to spare are often the ones who could benefit the most from a little help. That's what Answer Agent Pro is about. We use new AI tools, but honestly, it was never about the tools or some fancy new thing. It's about using them in a simple way that actually helps your business and is easy to put into place, so you never lose a job just because you couldn't get to the phone.
