Answer Agent Pro operates two distinct SMS messaging programs. No marketing messages are ever sent under either program.

Program 1 โ€” Caller Booking Links
Sent to individuals who called a business using our platform and verbally consented to receive a text during that call. The message contains only a calendar link to book an appointment with the business they called. Frequency: 1 message per consented call interaction.

Program 2 โ€” Client Business Notifications
Sent to business owners subscribed to Answer Agent Pro to notify them that a new potential lead has called their line or that an appointment has been booked on their behalf. Consent is provided at the time of account creation. Frequency: Varies based on call volume; one notification sent per qualifying call event.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Answer Agent Pro is an operator in the State of Oregon, United States. We provide AI-powered voice agent answering services that enable small businesses to answer calls, capture leads, and schedule appointments on behalf of their customers.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Answer Agent Pro directly, as well as information collected through our platform on behalf of the small businesses ("Clients") that use our services. When our Clients use the Answer Agent Pro platform, they may direct our system to send SMS messages to their callers.

SMS Messaging โ€” Consent, Frequency & Opt-Out

Answer Agent Pro sends two distinct categories of SMS messages. All messages are strictly transactional. No marketing or promotional SMS messages are ever sent.

Program 1 โ€” Caller Booking Links (Verbal Consent)
Sent to individuals who called a business using our platform. During the call, our AI voice agent will explicitly ask if you would like to receive a text message with a link to book an appointment. Your verbal "yes" constitutes consent. No SMS will be sent without this affirmative response. Frequency: 1 message per consented call interaction.

Program 2 โ€” Client Business Notifications (Account Consent)
Sent to business owners who have subscribed to Answer Agent Pro. These messages notify the Client that a new potential lead has called their line or that a caller has booked an appointment through the platform. Consent for these notifications is collected at the time of account creation. Frequency: One notification per qualifying call event; varies based on call volume.

Message content: Program 1 messages contain only a calendar booking link. Program 2 messages contain only lead or appointment notification details. No promotional, marketing, or unrelated content will be included in either program.

Carrier disclosure: Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's coverage and policies. Answer Agent Pro is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your carrier.

To opt out at any time:

Opting out will not affect your ability to call the business or receive services โ€” it only stops SMS messages from being sent to your number.
